  I have contacted the seller as this has not arrived at my address. Yodel sent a message to say it was delivered safely and left in the front porch at 1.50 on 2nd September. Firstly we do not have a front porch and secondly we were in at that time and no Yodel van came to our house. It's impossible to speak to a human at Yodel as the recorded service just tells you it was delivered safely. Still waiting for seller response and my item

  Dishonest seller. Told eBay the item was delivered but it was delivered back to the seller and not the buyer. I had check the flat and also doubted my neighbours for stealing my package but when I checked the delivery process with Royal Mail and it was brought to my attention that it was delivered back to the seller and not me. Refused to communicate with me and refused initial refund but I had evidence to show eBay.
