  Dishonest seller. Told eBay the item was delivered but it was delivered back to the seller and not the buyer. I had check the flat and also doubted my neighbours for stealing my package but when I checked the delivery process with Royal Mail and it was brought to my attention that it was delivered back to the seller and not me. Refused to communicate with me and refused initial refund but I had evidence to show eBay.

  Awful seller - item should have been here Dec. 3rd - 9th, first tracking number added to order was not recognised by Royal Mail, seller changed it, said there had been a mix up with another order. Parcel finally posted 16th December, but tracking turned out to be for a package delivered to someone in Scotland - I am in South of England!!! Ebay stepped in an issued full refund. Would not recommend. Seller even asked me to pay for the order again once tracking showed it had been delivered!!!
