    A long 10 day dispatch time was indicated when we purchased the item but we never received it. The seller indicated that the item was dispatched a day or so after purchase but the carrier tracking showed that they did not receive the parcel from the seller. After 10 days and with the tracking still showing "carrier waiting for the parcel" we requested a refund. The refund was quick when we contacted Ebay. Annoyed because we needed the item. Not impressed with this seller.

    Appalling service! Waited nearly a week and half to receive and even then half of order was missing. Tried to contact seller but no reply until I said I was contacting eBay. Partially refunded but service not good enough. States on ad Royal Mail 48. That’s what you expect. Ordered before off these people first they sent yodel or should o say snail mail then Evri and then Royal Mail but part of order missing in transit. Excuses excuses
