We are a full time manufacturer of mid-mount training wheels for kids motorcycles. We are family owned and operated and have been manufacturing training wheels since 1994. We started out manufacturing air craft parts in 1990. Since then we have devoted our shop and time soley to training wheels.

Finally sent me a pre-paid shipping label so I could return the item for a refund and now claims he never received the item back and refuses to reimburse me. Seller waited until the allotted time had lapsed and then sends a msg saying he didn't send me a label and that the case has been closed. Buyer be aware! Purchase what you need from someone else. We do not process our returns using prepaid return labels. If we did, the buyer would have a copy of it in his email and would be able to provide us with the tracking number. We never received the wheels back and the buyer could not provide us with a tracking number for the return, therefore we could not give him a refund. Again, prepaid return labels are not how we process a return so he never had one nor did he ship the item back.
