Though I have purchased from SafeCase in the past, I have not had the timeline issues as in this case. The quoted timeline was "approximately 3-4 weeks" and the actual delivery was 9 weeks. I didn't bother to begin asking about the progress until week 7. That communication was not reciprocated here until I emailed them directly. Quality is great. I wouldn't have heard from them if I hadn't requested to cancel the order since we wouldn't receive it in time. Production times are in bold and were read and understood. 3-4 weeks production time once ordered. I emailed during the 3rd week knowing we wouldn't receive it by the end of the 4 weeks. They were professional and courteous during messages. My emails and texts have been ignored.
