Chi siamo

Swan Pawn è stata inizialmente fondata nel 2011 per aiutare a riutilizzare IT e oggetti da collezione che venivano gettati di lato. L'azienda è diventata una LLC nel 2016 e da allora ha contribuito a trasferire oltre 5000+ articoli. Molti degli oggetti che mi procura provengono da clienti personali e aziende situate in tutta la valle. Gli oggetti d'antiquariato provengono principalmente da mia madre che è una collezionista/rivenditrice di antiquariato di lunga data che ha oltre 30 anni di esperienza nel collezionismo.

Alcune delle inserzioni di antichità asiatiche possono provenire dalla collezione personale della mia famiglia risalente a quando mio bisnonno viveva in Cina durante la caduta della dinastia Qing. Ha visto il valore e la necessità di salvare gran parte della storia che si stava perdendo mentre il paese stava cambiando nei primi anni del 1900 ed è mio privilegio poterla condividere con il pubblico.

    Seller sent the item out quickly but the shipper held it up for a week at their hub which had nothing to do with the seller. The seller offered to refund my money if the item didn't arrive by a certain time but the item DID arrive. Item was packaged very well and just as described. Great communication! 5 star seller all the way!

    Positive experience, would buy from them again. Photos & info were relevant, accurate, and helpful. Items were as described and as they appeared in the listing. Shipping was quick, although the packing job seemed a bit rushed (and I'm not a fan of them using empty Priority Mail envelopes as filler), but everything arrived in good condition and undamaged. (Packaging might be worth half a star off, but it seems like a relatively minor thing.)

    Excellent Seller – Highly Recommended! I had a great experience with Eric and his eBay store. I accidentally used the wrong shipping address for a headset order, but Eric was quick to respond and very helpful in resolving the issue. When one of the receivers had a problem, he immediately sent a complete replacement, headset and all—no questions asked. Truly outstanding customer service!

    GREAT SELLER. I have a very positive experience. I contacted the seller about a problem. Within a few hours, I received a full refund from Eric (SabereCat24). 5 minutes later, Ebay processed the refund for the camera ($102) and the refund for my insurance ($25). I feel safe buying from this Seller, who is added to by my "BUY-AGAIN" list.

    Super fast shipping, item is as described. However seller failed to mention the strap on the headset was damaged. No big deal, the price was well worth it. Overall, excellent buying experience. I love my new Bluetooth headset. Will do business again...
