    Great product as I've previously ordered. Scoring 1 for service. Previous order one pencil was faulty. Seller didn't respond to messages. I bought another asked for replacement which didn't arrive. Tracking was unavailable although I could see money had been taken out of my account. Also I cannot select a negative seller experience only positive. Hence this is not a positive experience!

    Wrong colour sent and therefore as this is a make up item this is of no use to me. I have tried to contact the seller to resolve the issue however, 72 hours later I still received no response

    Arrived in good condition. Was as expected. Good quality and colour. I am a repeat customer for this seller, having so far not had any issues with either the seller or the products.

    The item arrived, but the quality of it wasn’t great. The condition of the box and stuff was fine, and it was okay value. The actual product was the issue. The colour didn’t look the same as the picture on the listing (a lot darker) and the product was really thick/cakey in consistency. Like it was old stock. I didn’t bother contacting the seller as I’d already opened/used the product. Sadly not what I was experiencing. On the plus side it was dispatched and delivered quickly.
