    AAA+++ vendor, Item was received not the correct part, contacted the seller and explained the problem, he immediately corrected the mistake and refunded the purchase price. He did not have the part I needed and offered to help locate part I needed. I will be doing more business with this vendor for my RV needs

    Great to work with. I ordered a part but forgot to update my address. I canceled my order and updated my address. I tried to reorder but it wouldn’t let me because it showed out of stock. I contacted them, on a weekend, and they updated it to show one available. I was able then to reorder and it arrived fast. Great customer service!

    They processed my little order with all the care as if i was buying a $10,000 product. Seems like great folks! The Shipping time is NO FAULT OF SELLER, I want to make that clear. US Post Office is just the worse. Almost 7 days from Alabama to Florida 🤪

    As advertised, new, well packed, fast shipping. Though after arriving at PDX, USPS sent it to Eugene and then should have sent it to my Cottage Grove PO -- but instead sent it on a side trip from Eugene to Coos Bay. Then sent it back to PDX, then to Eugene then to my CG PO. Racking up frequent flyer miles...
