  Excellent quality and larger than expected! Great value for the price and it’s an overall beautiful piece. Shipping time did not matter to me, I was in no rush to receive the item but the seller communication was excellent regarding shipping and keeping me updated.   Earrings looked exactly as pictured, unlike some vendors on Amazon. They actually look better than pictured, and look like higher quality jewelry.....not cheap junkie looking. They were very well packaged. It's obvious that the Seller takes pride in the type of jewelry that she advertises. She would also send me updates on how the shipping was progressing. Would definitely buy from this Vendor again!!

  The ring was badly packaged in a bubble wrap envelope. It was crushed in transit. The envelope clearly showed tears, a hole, & black mark where something had crushed the ring & damaged the envelope. I contacted the seller & sent photos & got no reply. BAD EXPERIENCE. No other seller has sent me jewelry in a flimsy paper envelope.

  you are just want sth for free, you never sent me the ring pictures to prove it's crushed, after you received the ring for one month, you just told me you throw away the ring, why not take a picture when you received the ring? why you wait for one month to contact me to send you refund without any pictures about the crushed ring? i put it in bubble wrap envelope before, sold to many customers no one told me that the ring crushed before, you wait for one month want a refund it's ridicules.
