  Excellent pen and engraving. My only complaint is that it took longer than the 2 to 3 days as they advertise to deliver, so I missed a birthday. On complaining to them the sellers kindly immediately sent it by free 24 overnight delivery. Seems like a little hiccup from an otherwise trustworthy seller - so all's well that ends well - I would buy from them again.

  Looks good quality, the gift packaging makes it look very classy. Personalisation is perfect. Outstanding value for the money spent. If I could I would give this company more than five stars for their communication, despatch and quality of engraving. To conclude a very happy customer!

  Never received it, but that was not down to the seller, but rather the inadequate royal mail. Communication with the seller was excellent and I received a full refund. Would still recommend them.
