  I purchased an antique Pine Shop Original wall shelf and spent over $200 When it was delivered it was wrapped in pieced together pieces of cardboard and a thin layer of bubble wrap. The whole package was then wrapped with plastic wrap. After opening it I found damage to the item. I contacted the seller and the only option was to return it which would have cost me minimum $50. When I suggested some sort of credit I was told “the damage is invisible when it’s mounted for its intended purpose”
