  Item as described and pictured, measurements were accurate. Shipping costs were on the upper end of what I usually pay for such a small item and it did take over a week to receive it.   This is a 5 star seller, I received my care care kit. Unfortunately one bottle was busted and was completely empty. The seller immediately responded to the issue and gave me a fair partial refund.
