Rustic Jewel is the brain child of our family. Started off with a closet clean out to finding treasure. We love the thrill giving things a new home.     This is a 5 star seller, I received my care care kit. Unfortunately one bottle was busted and was completely empty.     I order an item from this seller, it was shipped quickly from her end, it has not made it to me because the USPS has it sitting in St Louis since Feb 20, absolutely no fault of the seller. I have been in contact with her and she is trying to resolve the issue and has submitted a claim to USPS. She replied to me very quickly and it helping me get my item.

    I am so sorry for the delay. I looked into the shipment with USPS and they said its delayed due to weather. I will definitely be keeping a close eye on this shipment and keep you up to date on ETA.
