    Seller quickly dropped off item at the post office after I ordered. The tracking showed the item going from state to state but it never got to my state and did not get dropped off. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately to my questions. They did a search and suspected that the item was lost by the USPS. Without hesitation, they refunded my money. This seller is a very good and trustworthy seller. Their communication is great. Very honest seller!

    Great transaction and delivery. A comment on the packaging though -- the wreathe leaves were very bent and out of shape due to the flat envelope and I had to re-work them to look nice like the picture shown.

    Item arrived on the intended date, but I WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN IT IF NOT FOR MY EMAIL...tracking was virtually NONEXISTENT...I use the tracking to get a read on when I can expect my shipments...I didn't have that in this instance...from what I observed in the tracking updates, I was concerned that my package was lost or still held up in San Diego
