    Item is new as described, and perfect for my application. The tracking was ineffective, not a USPS Tracking Number, and eBay reported it "Out for Delivery" two days in a row. Not expecting it in my mail box, I opted to check there before giving my Feedback, FORTUNATELY! I am fully satisfied with this product & the seller!
