  Bought the wrong item from them, immediately requested an order cancellation, then 2 days later they created a fresh shipping label then proceeded to reject my cancellation and say it was shipped out alteady- which is hard to believe when the label was just created 20 minutes prior. Package comes and one of the 4 items was damaged/unusable. eBay support suggested returning all 4, seller refused. eBay ended up ruling in MY favor. This seller 100% deserves a 1 star for their customer service.
