  I didn’t receive the item I ordered. It was delivered from Walmart- not fedex as stated. I ordered blue llaid and was sent red paw/ears. Tried to contact seller many times and it will not accept the messages. Seller is selling items they don’t personally have- they are ordering online from walmart.

  I had the worst experience with this seller. This is my first time buying from them and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered the silver ones they gave me the black. The condition of the pots are not even useable and they won’t give me a full refund!!! Please don’t buy from them. They didn’t give deliver on the right time.

  The seller advertises an improved version with extra welds, which is the sole reason for which I made the purchase. Well, it comes regular with no improvements, which is deceitful advertisement. They do repn quickly to say that you can send back at your expense ($25!) or get a 5% discount. After much back and forth, I was able to negotiate a$15 discount, otherwise it would have been a disaster loss. Do yourself a a favor, skip this vendor and move on.

  The product was fine . But it was 4 days late being delivered. When I messaged about the shipping the company reply was "please give us a couple more days" The strange part was when I messaged them saying " if I didn't receive my package on a certain date I was going to request a refund " it showed up the next day.
