  Rug was exactly how it was pictured, perfect for the purpose required. Good value, isn't a thick rug but perfect for my kitchen. Despatched very quickly, couriers took their time to deliver after receiving it but it Was well packaged and worth the wait.

  Item didn't arrive. I messaged the seller but got no response. After three more days I messaged eBay who contacted the seller who immediately replied and said they would enquire with the courier but at the same time refunded my order.

  Received today 22nd April. Lovely rug. Courier company at fault advising me delivery date but not delivering.
