    This is worth it! The item came with everything the seller said it would and the item was as described. It needed a wiped down and had a few scratches, but it’s not noticeable. I’ve had it for weeks now and have no complaints! I even had a few questions and the seller has been very responsive. The quality is 10/10. Shipping took about 2 weeks.

    I recently purchased a Canon PowerShot Elph 350 from rubybig. I was initially skeptical as I was buying from an overseas seller, but they were extremely communicative, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process. They even sent me a picture of my order before shipping it out! The shipment arrived quickly, and the camera was in perfect condition—neatly wrapped and carefully packed. As a bonus, they included a charger, flash drive, and cute little stickers. Excellent experience all around!

    There was a cosmetic issue with the item I purchased. The seller was very helpful with great communication. They offered me a partial refund to keep the item or also a full refund with free return. I opted to return the item. The seller is amazing and very helpful.
