  The shipping speed of this seller is very poor, item description could be better. Item seems to be new/unused condition, didn't come in any manufacturer packaging. No returns are offered by this seller which makes you question if the item is new/unused. I wouldn't recommend this seller because of the shipping speed and no returns accepted.

  The shipment was made within the shipping window stated. The USPS caused the arrival delay. The item is new, unused, and in the manufacturer's packaging, a clear sealed bag, bought in bulk from the manufacturer. There are no returns accepted but, had this buyer reached before, or after the item arrived, I would have explained that they could keep the item and a refund would be issued. I've contacted this buyer and am still waiting for a reply but, I have issued a refund just the same.
