  This seller is straight up. No BS. If he errs - he makes it right. One of my favorite EBay sellers. My first order went awry but he made it right. No emailing back and forth no arguing. I let him know the item was wrong and he issued a refund. Therefore, I ordered 8 or 9 more items and all were OK. Shipped fast (all at once I think). Good seller for sure!!

  Wrong item: I ordered 470mf 10V 105C capacitors but received 470mf 25V 105C capacitors. Seller didn't offer to see if they actually DID have the right item, instead blamed a probably misprinted description and told me I could keep or toss the wrong capacitors but they didn't want them returned. Seller did, however, refund purchase price quickly. But now I have to find my capacitors somewhere else. Would be very wary of buying from this seller in the future.
