  Super quick ship. DHL / USPS was sluggish, but was not the sellers fault - probably the result of the Winter weather / polar vortex and national holiday (MLK). Great packaging and item is as described. A great deal on a great product. Seller lacks somewhat in communication, but may be in a bit over their heads. All in all a good transaction. Thanks !

  Fast shipping came within 24hrs packaged very well just as described BRAND NEW other then the box but for the price I couldn’t say no especially when the product is going for around $900 USD definitely would buy again from seller

  The De’longhi Dinamica coffee machine arrived quickly and was just as described. There was an issue-that probably happened in shipping—but the seller made it right immediately and communicated very well all the way through the transaction.   I purchased quantity 2 based on the listing stating each was an 8-pack. When I received only 2 items instead, I contacted the seller who refunded my money. This honest seller said to keep the 2 items, because the sale amount was small and the seller wanted to make things right. I give the seller this high rating for correcting the listing mistake effectively. Thank you.
