The tracking information and delivery confirmation photo clearly show that the parcel was delivered to the correct address. Based on this evidence, it appears that your claim of non-delivery is not valid. Please be aware that making a false “item not received” claim is considered a serious breach of eBay policy and can result in account restrictions or suspension. If this case is escalated, we will provide eBay with the delivery proof and request their intervention.
