    The shipping was fast the packaging was good and the price was easy to agree on but the battery shown in the picture was not included with the camera which was a little upsetting.

    Outstanding experience all around, Needed this as a replacement for our Church - with 1 week till Easter. Placed the order - contacted seller - ask them to expedite - they responded in a couple hours that is was shipped. I received it that Friday - Worked great - Easter a success - Many thanks for the great customer service
