  As of the time of this review in 2025, I ordered and received a 2003 Lexus Owners Manual with leather jacket in pristine condition (even better than described :-), at a reasonable and competitive price, in a timely manner and well packaged. In addition, despite errors on my end, as buyer, I received prompt, friendly, professional and timely customer service from the seller, rectifying my error without complaint or taking advantage of me! 10 out of 10 stars!

  Got the parts and finally got around to installing them today. One of them is broken out of the box and they are not exactly the correct color but I thought they were the correct color when i ordered they were described as grey but not. I have included 2 pictures to show color difference and the broken part, with this part broken it will not stay in place. The original is on the right in both pictures. Parts arrived quickly and packaged well. I just delayed opening the box and installing.
