Unfortunately, I placed order on Dec 2 and shipping label wasn't prepared until Dec 14. Almost 2 weeks from order to being shipped is not acceptable when there was no communication as to why the delay. On top of that, due to either weather or holiday backup package sat in WI/MN for 10 days. From there it took only 5 days, including Christmas, to receive package. When opened packaging had a distinctive unpleasant musty odor. Overall not a good experience.
