  After receiving a product with incorrect application instructions on the specific packaging for the love bracelet, I sent them a message, explained what happened and asked for a replacement if they would consider that. They responded by telling me they had no stock at the time and gave me a full refund. I complimented them on that and went back to the site to order kits for several of my watches. The red flag came when they said they would not take orders from me. Buyer beware.
