Everything sold is guaranteed for 60 days and if in those 60 days you aren’t happy Roxy will even cover the cost of the return shipping if it were to ever come to that. Roxy makes it a priority to ship promptly and to package properly. Roxy would never ship a book in a plastic bag so that every corner of it is damaged by the time you receive it… if only everyone did that! Roxy is not cheap but she’s worth it!

    Good purchase, good seller. CD in excellent condition as described. Was very well packaged. Seller shipped item promptly and it arrived quickly. Seller also contacted me to let me know when the item would be shipped. Highly recommended seller. Seller also has an incredibly cute dog- when you’re looking at the pictures of the item for sale, make sure to check out the picture of Roxy the dog, too. :)

    I have waited a long time for this Steely Dan showcase to arrive. The post office system gets an "F" grade, not sue why it took more than a month for a CD to arrive. The seller showed his worthiness by keeping tabs on the transaction and sent me a couple emails telling me it is not lost and have hope. I do think very highly of the seller, perfect CD I enjoy it, great value for the dollar the overall condition and value very hard to match! Roxy's Music store rocks!
