    Seller provided incorrect tracking information; UPS versus correct Amazon number, and was then bullish in offering assistance. Just because a photo was offered claiming to show proof of delivery (at an incorrect address), doesn't mean the item I purchased was delivered to my verified address. No 'mea culpa' offered by seller. Based on lack of helpful assistance, I cannot recommend.

    The seller has resolved the issue with my purchase that never was delivered to me. It appears it was an error with UPS and the seller has offered to send me a replacement item. She was very responsive and has been in touch with me ever since my first inquiry. She has assured me the replacement is on the way. I thank her for her attention in this matter and am anxiously awaiting my replacement.
