  Excellent service! Great communication from the outset, fast dispatch and delivery. High quality mooring ropes, with excellent eye splice at one end. Exactly as described, and looks perfect.   Item took ten days to be posted. Useless DPD courier delivered to the wrong random address - eventually tracked it down by identifying the photo. No responses to communications with seller. BUT good quality product. Be prepared for a long wait if you order and don't try to communicate with seller. I wasnt prepared for long wait and was no longer at the holiday address when it eventually arrived. Clearly a well-stocked company so these logistic problems are a shame.

  Great company to deal with. I made an error on my order. They called me and we sorted over phone. Product arrived today, exactly what I expected. Also ordered a couple of other bits over the phone. Very pleasant interaction. Totally recommend this company.
