  First time buying from this seller. The item arrived quickly - ahead of expected date of delivery. The item was packaged well and was secure in the shipping box. I did have some issues upon trying to set it up and the seller replied very quickly with a working solution. Very prompt and efficient service. Based on this experience, I would recommend this seller.

  When the clock arrived it was super well packaged and I Was thrilled to see the bird sounds working correctly, however the clock itself unfortunately doesn’t tick even with the batteries in it. I contacted the seller and they very promptly offered me a refund!! Super surprised and happy with the prompt and immediate response, the clock is otherwise as described and the shipping cost was fair! Super happy with the purchase.

  This is by far the worst seller I’ve ever encountered. Seller falsely claimed the item was fully tested, but it arrived damaged with a visible crack and in terrible condition, producing constant noise. This seller is nothing short of a scammer. Seller take zero responsibility and have completely ignored all my messages. Avoid this seller at all costs.
