    The shipping and packing of the item were perfect. The item was exactly as described and was a good value. Most sellers price gouge to the full-value of the item and then jack-up the shipping charge to make even more. This sellers has a good business model with reasonable pricing and shipping charge. It is called honesty/fairness over greed.

    One of the best seller experiences I’ve had in a long time. Initially, they accepted my offer, awesome, I also asked them to hold my package to ship for a few days, which they did. Incredible. When I got the sweater, it had some food/food stains down the sleeve, I love the sweater too much to return it so I asked if they’d help me cover professional cleaning. They responded immediately with a partial refund to cover it. Great communication, very enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend.
