    I was excited when the 4 jewel tea plates (like grandma's!) arrived today! Only one problem, 2 of the plates arrived with a chipped edge. They are beautiful plates, and I know that it happened during the shipping because some of the glass fragments were caught in the bubble wrap. I took 2 pictures of each plate, so you could see what I am describing. I wouldn't even worry about it, but they cost quite a bit. I know there was insurance on the box, so I am wondering what we should do now?Thanks!

    I would definitely buy from this seller again! She mailed the package out 30 minutes after I purchased it and two days later it made it to my post office! It came well packaged and item was just as described! This dress is beautiful!
