    Thule fit kit was shipped out to U.S. right away, and item was received as described in "Brand New" condition. Minor issue with the POST not providing updates on the tracking number, but seller was quick to respond to any concerns. I would trust and order from vendor again.

    Prompt dispatch / transit meant the Footpack arrived on time and tracked for peace of mind. Based on image, did not expect to be in original box, but box they came in had plenty of padding and safely and securely wrapped. It is clear that part of the mechanics of one of the feet has been replaced, and all 4 feet are in excellent order. Not only 50% off, but with free postage - excellent value! Robin / Roof Boxed offers a great service - highly recommended! Use them again? - no hesitation!

    Great seller and a nice guy to boot very friendly and helpful Robin was really good showing m how to get this tent on to my car with some good advice he is a Thule agent and his premises are a little hard to spot but not difficult to get to, he gave me a terrific price on this item and he would be the guy to try for roof bars and roof boxes (Thule) make, the reason for the one star on shipping is because I collected it from his shop but I am sure he would do everything to help anyone who buys
