  the item arrived very quickly. I am grateful for their customer service who continued to check in before i got the item and even after to make sure any questions i had were answered. I haven’t been able to install the A/C but so far it is great judging by quality. 10/10 recommendation

  package was delayed, looked like it was used as a soccer ball, repackaged in same box and wrapped with a mile of tape. Description listed 2 mounting plates, it has 1 which is all thats needed. Light housing has some scratches but it works fine. Very nice product, I will probably order another one.
