  Numbers came as 4 individual sets of numerals that would benefit from instructions on how to cut them in order to obtain the correct 1-12 numerals. For an item that was posted internationally in an envelope, postage costs were huge and despite this, delivery time was over a month. Would recommend this Seller to the local market but not for buyers overseas.

  Asked for update shipping address after initially place my order.Literally 15 min after I placed my order. Yes...small value of order...but this was a project for making for my granddaughter. So..hard to leave a positive rating. But at least shipping was done timely

  Please read my entire post before judging this seller. I ordered the rating nut based on the photo and description and received the wrong rod and nut. The shaft was not threaded on one end,etc... I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and apologized for the mistake and refunded my money immediately! I have heard good things in the public clock world about the seller's business so I can't base a little mistake on being negative about my exchange. Thanks for making it right!
