  I had entered the wrong address. Seller still had “sent” so it couldn’t be canceled. No communication, but this was likely due to a weekend. Soon enough seller responded and updated shipping to the correct address I had provided. Shipping was fast! Item looks like new shimano Deore group set. Great value

  Good quality cassette and these guys are great with GREAT communication! They allowed a return no questions asked at no cost to me, provided I reject the delivery. Easy enough. BTW, you usually can't go wrong with Shimano quality and performance compared to cheaper products. I returned it simply because I decided to go a different direction with the drivetrain on the bike I'm building for my grandson. Thank you!

  Whoa, that was some extremely fast shipping! Just as described, brand new without OEM packaging. Very satisfied with my purchase, can’t wait to put it on my bike! But, I kinda wish they didn’t use the eBay tape so my wife doesn’t know it’s bike parts lol. Thanks!! Will purchase more for this company because of the unbelievable value!

  I purchased this item a couple weeks ago. They came without original packaging. Not a big deal some OE items are often sold this way. They seem to be of good quality, there was a problem with the chain that for whatever reason was entirely too short. I contacted the seller and they exchanged the chain in a reasonable time and manner. Overall a good experience.
