  Shipping in Israel is is more entailed. Item did not arrive at adress nor was it at the local post office. Local post office was able to track it down for me and I was able to retrieve it.

  I am sorry to hear this. I guess I haven't noticed the crack, I referred to the disk which is in very good condition. How can I make it up to you so you can remove the negative feedback? How about a partial reimbursement? Hoping to hear from you. Best Regards, Mark
