    Firstly I would like to say thank you to the seller as my order was placed on 17 June and they arrived today 1 July. I contacted the seller and they were very accommodating. My sandal are of good quality beautiful condition and good value for money. The pictures of the sandals do not do them justice. They are beautiful. I highly recommend this seller A *****

    AVOID!!! Do NOT buy from this seller. I received an incorrect item & tried to resolve direct with the seller to no avail! I was asked to return the incorrect item (seller admitted their discharge team had sent me the wrong item). I sent photo of proof of posting which included the postage cost incurred by myself. Despite repeated requests the seller refunded me for the purchase cost of the item only and I had to foot the postage cost, increasing the cost of the item by almost £4.00 UNFAIR!

    Wrong item sent and poor communication they have expected me to pay for delivery and then to pay return costs to then send the correct item to me when it was there mistake. Disgusting and false advertising. Will not buy from these again.

    The seller said the items had been shipped but when tracking it there was no tracking information submitted. The seller then lied when I reached out after 11 days to say my package had been lost in transit. Absolute lie. This seller is dishonest and unreliable. DO NOT TOUCH ANY ITEMS FRIM THIS SELLER

    Absoloutely appalling services; OI placed an order for shoes in plenty of time for a trip away; delivery was scheduled and payment was taken. The day before I went awa y they still hadn't arrived so I sent a message to the seller. The response I received was a cancelled order and a sickly sweet message encouraging me to order again in the future. An absolute cheek and terrible service; my advice to other customers is avoid, avoid, avoid.
