    ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO POST OFFICE, SCANNED IN AND GIVEN AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE. A POSTAL WORKER PUT PARCEL BOX KEY IN THE WRONG MAIL SLOT. SOME LUCKY RECIPIENT WILL THINK IT'S CHRISTMAS. USPS WILL NOT HONOR A CLAIM AS IT WAS: "SCANNED IN". IT IS PATHETIC THAT THERE IS NO POLICY OR PROCEDURE IN PLACE FOR THIS TYPE OF EVENT. THE POSTAL WORKER HANDLED MY PACKAGE. IT COST ME $35 AND I GOT NO SATISFACTION. SO NOW, ONLY THING I CAN DO IS HOPE THAT IT IS RETURNED, SAD! VENDOR DID EVERYTHING RIGHT.

    The measure of an outstanding vendor is not when everything goes well but when there is an issue. USPS was clearly at fault and the item was running behind the scheduled delivery. Rather than a shoulder shrug this vendor went the extra mile and Fedexed a second unit. Outstanding customer service
