  My order was well packaged and as described. Thank you for the extra bottle of Methyl orange. Although I received a £5 discount on shipping for my two separate orders the postage was still excessive ad they arrived in the same parcel. Please review your postage policy for multiple orders. I will buy from ROK again but I will be messaging in advance to ensure the correct postage is applied.

  Seller sent the item in a plain glass bottle. NOT an amber glass bottle as described. They did not mention this swap to me, they only told me when I messaged them that amber bottles had ran out. They should have messaged and confirmed prior to shipping it out, however, they didn't and I had to return it.

  It arrived quickly. It looks exactly as described and the price was very fair. It was well packaged and in great condition on arrival. I’m yet to use it as I’m waiting on safety equipment but it looks like a quality product.

  Arrived very quickly, very well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap and Shredded paper. Box wrapped in plastic wrap. So stayed dry when left inside gate with a very wet day, driver dropped inside gate 6 foot but no damage. Some free samples to give away so others can purchase from ROK, the spare empty botte sent leaks out top where rubber is so no good. Top of big bottle leaked a bit, but very happy,, the negatives are for ROK to correct, happy with items,,Thank You ROK

  Arrived at stated time well packed .but not as advertised on site.plastic bottle with a faulty cap .contents leaked into packaging. Half empty bottle a fire hazard for postal service.never use this seller

  Really good stuff, not as horrible taste like I had it before, the communication is good, Jon response my messages very quick, I had problem with under paid postage, went to post office paid the correct post and sorted, for all this inconvenience they offer me 50ml, which is not bad at all, really happy with it, will be ordering again,
