    The item was shipped promptly with the correct shipping and tracking information. The item was packaged adequately with padding and buffers to protect the contents from damage. The package arrived with an exceptionally fast shipment time. Upon opening the package, the condition of the contents were just as described.     Wooden shore bird as listed except for hairline crack under one wing tip & same wingtip blunted which wasn't listed, GREAT PACKING IN DOUBLE BOXES, FAST SHIPPING but USPS mail took a while to arrive from west coast, Good Communication except for minor damage not listed, Thanks.

    Item received faster than expected, and in perfect condition as described. Seller took the extra effort to protect item from any water or rain damage by placing it inside a plastic bag before send it. I'm very happy with the quality and the value of the item!     Shipping was fast. Packaging was great. Case did not fit my MX camera as described in the listing. Contacted seller and worked out a way to add a spacer to make the case work. They then gave me a 50% refund which was nice. Seller had really fast communication. Overall satisfied with this experience. I will still get value from this case, it just might be a bit of work to make it work.

    arrived today after delays in customs which Rokas photo & video or I have no control over. Rokas have also supplied a lens filter and a lens hood which is above what they listed, they also communicate well when needed. the lens is in top class condition as described, great value too, looking forward to seeing the images it produces, well packed to survive its journey from the United States to the uk, thanks guys thanks guys,
