    Item arrived undamaged, even though there was a big gash in the side of the box. The seller packaged the item very well, and even attached "fragile" stickers. Thank goodness the item survived the exterior box damage. If I were the seller, I might want to use another carrier other than Fed Ex. The item is in great shape and works exactly as described. The price was very competitive. I would recommend this seller to anyone.

    Am so very happy with this purchase. I palced a bid. the seller came back with a fair counter offer. Upon purchase, the seller shipped the amp to me in a very well packed box, so it arrived in great shape. Based on the item description I was expecting an unsightly scratch on the front face of the unit. To my delight it looks brand new. And the performance is more than what I expected. Thank you!     Funai ZV427FX4 DVD VCR recorder combo player is mint in sealed unopened box and works with no problems so far. Item received is exactly the one shown in scans. Sent protected with lots of wrapping inside a large strong firm box and arrived with no damage. Fast delivery. Good buy it now value overall. Everything was done right.

    Arrived on time and in perfect working and cosmetic condition, as described. FedEx took "fragile" as a challenge, but the packaging was so stout that neither rain nor gravity stood a chance. Overall an excellent CD Changer at an excellent price. A+ experience!
