  Excellent seller! Great communication and service, and fast shipping as well. Gave me a nice deal on the console, and it came exactly as described. It was brand new in a slightly worn box.   Seller is excellent. I was nervous about ordering such an expensive item through Ebay but the computer was an excellent price, came well packaged, and my daughter loves it. Seller communication was great.

  Ordered a laptop and it shipped out quick. But the delivery truck dropped it off at the wrong location. No fault of the seller. Everything was correct on the address label. Had to jump through some hoops with the shipping company and ebay first, but I got another laptop sent to me. The seller kept in contact and gave me updates and provided information anytime I asked. It sucked that it happened, but they handled it well, sent me a replacement, and I have no complaints about the laptop itself.

  I ordered on a sunday afternoon, it was shipped that night and i received it on tuesday. The laptop is in great condition and exactly as advertised. Extremely reasonable price considering the components.
