  The item arrived as described. Very well packed in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box. The shipping however was a total disaster. The item was misrouted three times and traveled all the way across America and then back across Canada for good measure. This item was in transit for almost a month from California. How is it possible that ROCKAUTO can ship an item from their warehouse in California in 5 days to my location in Alberta, Canada? DHL needs to get their act together!

  Item was just as promised. It was a used part but looked brand new and was in perfect condition. Item was priced well and although it shipped fast, I felt shipping was a little high. I completely recommend this seller!

  As for the seller no issues all good. As for EBay poor. No way to make a corrections prior to shipping. They canceled my order automatically. No lines of communication. Poor job.

  Shipping was fast and good, packaging was good, somewhat as described, product was just like the pictures shown however the clips broke after I installed it but everything else was as shown.
