    Shipping was as expected. Packaging was great. However, the item was NOT as described. It was specified that the item was sealed, but it was in fact opened and missing parts of the original packaging. The item appeared to have been unused. Still, no complaints because I could have reached out and inquired and I just didn't, so that's my own fault. The seller did include a "thank you" note, which was very much appreciated, so I would still call this a 5-star experience.

    Shipping speed and communication was great. Packaging was not what I expected! It was listed as new and the item came in a Fed Ex box only. It was a gift and I expected it to be in the original Hallmark packaging as it was listed as a Hallmark item. Disappointed with that. I expected a Hallmark presentation box for this gift. Other than that I'm happy😊

    What a first class seller! For years I had been looking for an exact replacement for my trusty, many times repaired, but still working EarForce HPA2 headphones since they were last sold retail in 2010! Imagine my luck at finding a brand new, unopened package for sale on Ebay. Fast shipping, well boxed and protected, including custom printed Ebay tissue paper and hand written note from the Seller thanking me. What more can you say? I would highly recommend this seller anytime.

    I just received this beautiful cabinet yesterday. Shipping was quick, packaging was perfect! I couldn't be happier with this gorgeous piece of art, it's just as it was described, the value was high but the product is immaculate! Love love love this!!
