  The store. Was very fast about shipping the item. And they packaged it up very well. They wrapped it in plastic, put it in the cardboard box with the plenty of padding.   Well Packed-Shipped in a Reasonable amount of time-Well photographed with the exception that someone wrote an "S" in Blue permanent ink on bottom (Chest Area) that is not noted in the description or Photos. It would not change my decision to buy-but would be nice to know. This is a Wonderful Steiff horse at a nice Value-I would buy from again-Thank You!
