  Seller negotiated with me on price which was more than fair for the products! Items arrived as described and were packaged with care! There was a little slip up with the shipping but seller made it right and communicated with me throughout the whole process ensuring I was taken care of.

  Excellent Seller. After mailing the package but not seeing any tracking updates, the seller quickly contacted the post office to open a claim to find the lost package. I was constantly updated by seller as the issue was resolved. Within a day or so, the package was found and was sent on its way.

  Arrived earlier than expected. We ordered 5 but they sent 6, as one of the trays was heavily marked more than the others, which was appreciated. The five better ones were in as good a shape as our original ones. Well packaged and protected with tons of tape LOL.

  Sill arrived with a major bend sadly that happened in shipping. Contacted seller with photos showing bend even though seller wrapped item well marking it fragile. Seller filed claim and refunded to me as soon as USPS paid insurance. Seller kept in touch throughout. Many thanks.
