  Received the item and it was faulty. That was no fault of the seller. I messaged John regarding the issue and he sent a replacement very fast. John is excellent with communication. The replacement item was of great quality, price was good and packaged well. I would buy from this seller again. Rhanks John for your help. A+++++

  Seller is awesome. I communicated with the seller and found out his cost for shipping was far higher than he charged me for shipping. This is something that I will be more aware of in the future. Even though Amazon charges a membership fee their free shipping gave me a misunderstanding of the costs incurred when making their sale. I am really sorry for my failure to consider this. Thank you seller for making me more aware of this.

  Quick shipping. As described. One glass didn’t make it. The packaging could have used some bubble wrap and Fragile stickers. I will make a claim with the post office.

  Mix-up with the post office and item was sent late, although they indicated it had already been delivered. Seller was most understanding and cooperative. Item was securely packaged and well-priced. Seller is rated (in my opinion) more than 5 stars. Good transaction; great seller. This one can be trusted.
