  Received the item and it was faulty. That was no fault of the seller. I messaged John regarding the issue and he sent a replacement very fast. John is excellent with communication.   The items came damaged from shipping. The tubes are a fantastic price. They were new tubes in the original package. Good quality. Some were damaged and the seller, through prompt communication made it right. I highly recommend this seller.

  My fragile glass item arrived exactly as described, and was carefully and securely wrapped/packaged to prevent breakage during transit. I appreciated the quick delivery, too.   Seller is awesome. I communicated with the seller and found out his cost for shipping was far higher than he charged me for shipping. This is something that I will be more aware of in the future. Even though Amazon charges a membership fee their free shipping gave me a misunderstanding of the costs incurred when making their sale. I am really sorry for my failure to consider this. Thank you seller for making me more aware of this.

  Quick shipping. As described. One glass didn’t make it. The packaging could have used some bubble wrap and Fragile stickers. I will make a claim with the post office.
