  Received the item and it was faulty. That was no fault of the seller. I messaged John regarding the issue and he sent a replacement very fast. John is excellent with communication.   Seller is awesome. I communicated with the seller and found out his cost for shipping was far higher than he charged me for shipping. This is something that I will be more aware of in the future. Even though Amazon charges a membership fee their free shipping gave me a misunderstanding of the costs incurred when making their sale. I am really sorry for my failure to consider this. Thank you seller for making me more aware of this.

  Mix-up with the post office and item was sent late, although they indicated it had already been delivered. Seller was most understanding and cooperative. Item was securely packaged and well-priced. Seller is rated (in my opinion) more than 5 stars. Good transaction; great seller. This one can be trusted.
